Wholesale Minimum Order Quantities

The Wholesale minimum order quantity chart is a guide for our List & Indent minimum order quantities.  Our MOQ chart is available on our pricelists, or in our downloadable catalogue.

While our Indent & Printed/Embroidered MOQ’s remain as listed, as long as an order placed meets the MOQ on one range, we will not enforce the MOQ on any other plain, stock-service products ordered.

Freight

For Accessories, Headwear & Clothing, a maximum freight charge of $15.00 (incl. GST) applies. For trolley bags, freight will be charged at the current cost to Spartan, at time of order. FREE freight - please refer to the Free Freight Minimums chart for MOQs.
Helpful tip:  Combine orders to avoid freight, eg: order 20 bags & 30 hats, and pay no freight. 

Returns

If for any reason you want to return a product, it must be returned unwashed, unworn and unnamed with tags attached. Only goods in original condition and packaging will be approved for return.

Wholesale Returns

Products purchased on a Wholesale basis must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Before returning any products, please call our Customer Service Centre on 1800 815 557 or email us, customerservice@spartanss.com.au for further instructions.
