1. Do NOT issue a new product to the student/parent.
2. Call your local Territory Manager to report the claim.
3. If the Territory Manager cannot visit you within a few days, we will provide you with a FREE Reply Paid return address. Please include both the student’s name & name of your school and ensure the product is suitably wrapped for postage.
4. Your Territory Manager or Head Office will assess the claim and contact you directly to discuss any repairs or replacement.
Spartan will repair the product before replacement. Spartan is not liable for claims where user misuse and/or abuse is at cause.
Proof of purchase date may be requested.
Returns policy
Upon return from student/parent we do not issue a new product. Call your local Spartan representative to report the return. If the Spartan Representative cannot visit you within a suitable time frame we can provide you with a FREE postage address. Please be sure to include the students name and wrap the garment suitably for postage. Your local representative or a staff member from head office will contact you upon receipt to discuss further action.
Spartan is not liable for claims where misuse and/or abuse is at cause.
